We are  a safe and comfortable sanctuary for self discovery, balance and well-being. By collaborating with experts, we offer a variety of services and classes designed to improve the wellness and balance of your body, mind, soul, and social connections in the heart of Jakarta.

We offer daily wellness classes, private sessions, workshops, corporate wellness, space rental and wellness event management.

How much are your sessions & what payment options do you have?

Our prices vary depending on the sessions. We accept: Cash| Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) | QR code (QRIS).

Are your sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes, we welcome all levels and experiences. We have programs for both beginners and advanced practitioners, ensuring everyone can find something that meets their needs.

How long do classes or sessions typically last?

The duration of classes and sessions varies. Generally, yoga and meditation classes last about 60-90 minutes, while 1-1 sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes. Workshops ranges from 90 min to full day.

Is there a membership program?

We have unlimited packages for our daily classes. Everyone who uses our services and attends classes is considered part of our community.

Do you provide wellness and mental health services?

Yes, we have experienced experts  available to provide mental and emotional health support for want to discuss specific issues such as stress, anxiety, work/ life transition, and so on. .Learn more here.

Do you offer virtual or online options for certain services?

Yes, we recognize the importance of flexibility. We offer online private and 1-1 services that can be tailored to your schedule and location.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we do. Choose from the complete menu or buy Gift Certificates with a certain nominal value.

I would like to rent a space for a wellness session. Can I do so?

Yes, but it depends on availability, and the purpose of the rental. Rentals are available on an hourly, half-daily and daily rate. Learn more about our space here OR contact us.

Workshops

What will happen if I arrive late to the workshop?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

I have paid for a workshop but I can’t attend. What should I do?

All our purchases are non refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop, please  contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time, you will get a credit that can be used for another session within 1 month of purchase. 

I would like to offer a workshop at JIVARAGA. Can I do so?

Depending on the offering, we are happy to consider the request. We also have a space rental option. Please contact us  and share with us your CV.

Classes

Do you provide equipment, such as a yoga mat or other special items?

We provide basic equipment such as yoga mats, yoga blocks, and yoga straps. However, if you have specific preferences, please feel free to bring your own.

What should I wear to class?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for the type of class you are attending. For example, flexible yoga wear is suitable for yoga classes, while comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal for meditation classes.

Are there showers or changing rooms available?

We do not have showers, but we do have a restroom in front of our space.

Private Sessions

How to Book A Private Session?

Session appointments can be made by contacting us. or call us  +6281188811338.  We recommend making an appointment in advance to get your preferred time.

What is the payment policy?

Due to the limited number of sessions, all private sessions must be paid for at least 48 hours before the session takes place. If payment has not been made, the session will be canceled. All payments are non-refundable.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

100% Cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations 24 hours before your session takes place.

Can I reschedule my session?

This can be done no later than 24 hours before the session takes place. If payment is made within 24 hours, it cannot be refunded. 

When should I arrive for my private session?

Make sure to arrive at JIVARAGA space 15 minutes before the scheduled session time. Late arrival will reduce session time. For your first visit to JIVARAGA Space, you will be asked to fill out a client registration form.
