All are welcome to join our mindful movement in studios at Jivaraga Space. We offer a wide range of yoga classes that will help you find mind-body connection and promote strength and wellbeing. Start moving with a rate of Rp xxx!

OUR CLASSES

Yoga classes at Jivaraga Space are designed for all levels. We offer props for modification and support and to help yogis advance their practice. Flow to Stretch, Slow Flow and Yin are slower classes perfect for new practitioners to explore. Flow and Power classes are best for yogis with some experience, as they tend to get more rigorous. Alo Yoga Tone pairs weights with yoga poses and postures.

FLOW

A feel good flow (with an amazing playlist!) that is accessible for everyone. This class will always have options for advanced postures and modifications. This is our version of an all-levels yoga class.

YOGA TONE

A strength-based yoga class that will have you pulsing to the beat with weights in hand. Flow, burn, move, sweat, and sculpt your body while releasing any blocked energy that is holding you back from being the best version of yourself!

FLOW TO STRETCH

Our blend of yang flow and yin holds. This class will have you moving and deep stretching. Allow your body to relax and release emotions, stress and tension. Focus on expansion with deep stretching and create space while calming the mind and grounding your energy.

YIN & MEDITATION

A relaxing, slow-paced class with long holds, relaxing postures, breathwork and visualization. This class is perfect for everyone: experienced yogis, new yogis, and anyone working on flexibility, recovery, or rebuilding strength. In this meditative practice, mindfulness is coupled with long holds to train the mind to focus and build mental stamina. You’ll work on achieving mental clarity and leave feeling calm and centered.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

LATE ENTRY

To protect the safety and experience of the yogis already in class, the yoga studio doors are closed five minutes after class begins, and no late entry is permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for 8 HOURS minimum notice period for cancellation. This policy applies to members and package holders as well.

NO SHOW POLICY

A charge will apply for any missed class. This policy applies to members and package holders as well.
